At Lampros Antonopoulos Estate, we take pride in our annual harvest of premium quality organic extra virgin olive oil. Our harvest takes place between October and December each year, with the olives being hand-picked at their peak ripeness for the best flavor and quality.
The harvest season is a busy and exciting time for us, as we work tirelessly to ensure that each and every olive is carefully selected and harvested. We use traditional methods and modern technology to ensure that our olives are processed quickly and efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of quality and freshness.
Our olives are grown in the region of Olympia, located in western Greece. The ideal climate and soil conditions of the area make for perfect growing conditions, resulting in olives with a unique and flavorful taste.
Once the olives are harvested, they are taken to our modern mill, where they are cold-pressed to extract the precious oil. We take great care in every step of the process, from the picking to the pressing, to ensure that our customers receive the best possible product.
Our harvest produces a range of different olive oils, including our award-winning PGI Olympia organic extra virgin olive oil, as well as other special varieties like Koroneiki, Mpotsikoelia, and Olympia variety. Each of these oils has its own distinct flavor profile, making them perfect for different culinary uses.
