In order to produce an excellent quality extra virgin olive oil, we need to follow it faithfully
some steps, such as the following:
High quality olive oil is produced only by small producers. The small controlled
crops also produce quality.
The quality of the olive oil has to do with the proper care of the olive tree and its collection
fruit at the right time, with the right procedure
We make sure that the harvest is done early, before the olives ripen, while they are still green. With
this way it retains all its nutrients which, with proper processing, are transferred
without losses in our olive oil
The olive fruit is a living organism, so when the harvest from the olive tree is completed
should be kept in special crates at a constant temperature for less than 5 hours.
Methodically, observing the above, we manage to produce the olive oil Eutropia.
