Detrop Bites – The Pairing Bar: A Highlight of Detrop-Oenos 2023

With great success completed the three-day period of renowned reports Detrop-Oenos 2023, with timeless course and value in the food and beverage industry and with many important domestic and foreign producers participating. They had the opportunity to present their products and develop their business in the Greek and international market.

As part of Detrop-Oenos 2023, the 7th consecutive Parallel Gastronomy Events were organized under the title Detrop Bites & The Pairing Bar, in collaboration with Helexpo and the specialized company at Gastronomy Events, Chef Stories. The aim of the parallel gastronomy events was to highlight the uniqueness and peculiarities of producers’ products who participated in the exhibition event through special preparations.

In the specially designed gastronomy space of kiosk 13 in the DINING Area of Education and Tasting “Detropbits”, visitors, many of whom were hosted buyers from different parts of the world, had the opportunity to test 14 different dishes and watch the presentation of products by the people of Chef Stories, but also the producers themselves.

As part of the targeted Tribute Golden Olive Expo guests of Detrop Bites still had the opportunity to try olive oils from different areas of Greece, as well as olives. Through the masterclasses in addition to the dynamics, variety and quality of Greek products, presented:

We were thrilled to participate in Detrop Bites & The Pairing Bar and showcase our organic olive oils from Koroneiki, and PGI Olympia olives from Koroneiki and Kolireiki varieties. Our olive oils were paired with a variety of dishes and received great feedback from visitors and buyers alike. We’re proud to have been part of such a successful event and look forward to participating again in the future.
